The 5th Meeting of the “Health Care Friendship Club”
The 5th Meeting of the “Health Care Friendship Club” was held on July 28,2007, at the Health Insurance Hall, TWMU with 70 participants. This meeting was a part of the public outreach activities of IREIIMS. The event was held during the summer school holidays. Most of the participants were families with children. It was an eventful day for the participants. There was a lecture by a social worker at TWMU as well as an opinion exchange meeting among the participants. “A lively stretching exercise” concluded the meeting. The event was co-sponsored by NPO IMCRTH and supported by Ishii Food Corporation.
The 6th Meeting of the “Health Care Friendship Club”
The 6th Meeting of the “Health Care Friendship Club” was held on March 22, 2008, at the Health Insurance Hall, TWMU with 57 participants. This meeting was a part of the public outreach activities of IREIIMS. The event was held during the spring school holidays. Many of the participants were families with children. It was an eventful day for the participants. There was a lecture by a social worker at TWMU as well as an opinion exchange meeting among the participants joined by IREIIMS doctors. This meeting was planned and organized by club members and families. Opinion exchange initiative will be pursued using other opportunities as well. Additionally, a new program was organized; playing music with an instrument made by the members using PET bottles and steel cans. ”A lively stretching exercise” concluded the meeting.
